DNA testing provides a new angle for research into your Irish ancestry. We will touches on all three types of DNA testing, but focuse on autosomal DNA results and how this tool can complement the source records you have identified. Clues in your ethnicity estimate and cousin matches can be important to the progress of your research. We will discuss the ethics of testing and the possibility of uncovering a family secret.
