Index of passenger lists of Derry ship owners, covering 27,000 emigrants from: 1847Š1871. This record shows the addresses in Ireland for those debarking from the port of Derry (typically serving the Counties of Derry, Donegal and Tyrone)*. Available from the Genealogical Publishing Company, Baltimore, MD (GPC). They have now indexed those emigrants listed in the Ordnance Survey memoirs for Counties Derry and Antrim. These lists give the townland address of the emigrant*. Available from GPC.
Index of 1831 census of Derry. This census names 38,000 heads of household only, along with their townland and street address. The index is now available on microfiche.*
Townland maps for every civil parish in the Provinces of Ulster, Connaught and Munster (26 counties) plus Counties Kildare, Louth, Meath and Wicklow in the Province of Leinster. These maps are available on microfiche.
