Trip Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $200 per person for travelers sharing accommodations and $300 for those having a single accommodation Limited single rooms are available. Contact Diane Lovrencevic to verify availability.

Balance of charges can be paid at any time is due no later than June 15th, 2010. Reservation will be cancelled if final payment is not paid by June 15th, 2010. Deposit will not be returned but remaining money paid will be refunded as per cancellation policy.

Refunds on cancellations prior to June 15th will be refunded 100% except for the non-refundable deposit.

Refunds on cancellations from June 16th, 2010 to July 15th, 2010 will have a 10% cancellation charge plus the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations from July 16th through August 10th, 2010 will be made with a 25% cancellation charge.

We will not be able to offer cancellations after August 10th, 2010.

IGSI suggests that travel insurance be purchased by everyone on the trip to protect your travel plans.
